1. Services Offered
D’Link Cleaning Specialist provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

Specialty and One-Time Cleanings
All services are provided by trained professionals and tailored to each client’s needs as outlined in our service agreements or booking details.
2. Booking & Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website.

A detailed scope of work and pricing will be confirmed before service.

Appointments are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to decline a service request for any reason (e.g., unsafe conditions, property access issues).
3. Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the service location.

All areas to be cleaned should be clear of excessive clutter or hazards.

Fragile or valuable items should be secured or removed prior to service.

If access is not possible at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may be charged.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

If we need to cancel due to weather, illness, or unforeseen events, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers.

Overdue payments may be subject to late fees and collection procedures.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST/PST) where required by law.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-cleans
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you're not happy with any aspect of the service:

Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) free of charge.

Re-cleans are only applicable for the areas originally included in the service.
7. Damage & Liability

Our team is trained and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property.

D’Link Cleaning Specialist is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not removed, or damage due to poor surface conditions.

Any claims for accidental damage must be reported within 48 hours of service.

Liability is limited to the cost of the original cleaning service.
8. Use of Cleaning Supplies

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

If the client prefers we use their products, we are not liable for product performance or damage caused by them.

Eco-friendly and hypoallergenic products are available upon request.
9. Website & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and materials are the intellectual property of D’Link Cleaning Specialist and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Unauthorized use of our brand assets, forms, or materials is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Richmond, BC.
